First time casting a circle
First time casing a circle by yourself can be nerve wrecking to me. What is casting a circle? It is creating a sacred and safe space so that you can work, or perform a ritual in peace. Casting circle is primarily a Wiccan and ritual magician practice. Not all witches do it though. Some do it for special occasions, or in a group, but sometimes it can go wrong. How to cast a circle?
Well how I did it; was first get some salt, and water and put it in a bowl. Then slowly walking around my altar starting towards east, clockwise I said; "I cast this circle to create a scared space. No unwanted energies may enter this place. The circle is cast so mote it be." by the time I finish saying those words I walked around the circle 3x, sprinkling the water, and salt as I go around the circle. Then I sat down in the middle of the circle sitting next to my altar, and prayed. **You are not suppose to leave the circle until you're done**
Once I was done I thank the creator, universe, and gods then got up in the east going counter clockwise saying. "The circle is open, but never broken. Merry meet, merry part, and merry meet again." going around the circle 3x. I was a lovely experience, and someday I wish to do it with a group, and maybe on one of the sabbaths,
but for now I am fine, and happy doing it alone like the solo white witch I am.

I think you know my name by now, If not my name is Egypt✰. I made this blog for my new beginnings, I will post everything I do of the first time. I am 20 years old, and blogger at heart. More unnecessary info about me; Things I love to do like, writing stories, reading books, playing video games, criticizing films while watching it, cooking, and blogging of course. It may seem like I am a anti-social, introvert that stays home all the time but they're other things I love to do outside of my house like, camping, hiking, ballet, yoga, swimming, going to the movie theaters, going to a play, or even taking a nice jog or walk outside makes me happy. I love spending time with the one's I love most or with nature too, its the small things in life you must cherish the most sometimes. I am very thankful for all the things I have in my life. Well enough about me, I hope you enjoy my blog or my other blogs. Thank you for visiting~
